How much does the program cost?

OpenMedium offers very competitive pricing for hosting and website services. We include additional support for your website that is not normally provided with budget hosting companies like GoDaddy, Wix, and SquareSpace.

Website hosting packages start at $80.00 /month and are all-inclusive.

Website service desk packages start at $540 /month and include access to 24/5 support.

Do I have to host my site with OpenMedium?

No. We can provide Website Service Desk support for websites that are hosted somewhere else. Keep in mind that we won’t be responsible for hosting related issues and support if you choose to host somewhere else.

We built our program to be all-inclusive to provide peace of mind to our clients. You will experience better support, performance, and security if you host with OpenMedium.

What is included with your website hosting?

What’s Included:
Our website hosting service includes a managed cloud hosting account based on the package selected, staging/live environments, nightly backups, recurring software maintenance, and access to a library of plugins and tools provided by OpenMedium and third-parties.

What’s Not Included:
We do not provide general IT services including but not limited to business email support, cyber security, networking, personal computing help desk, and internal business application support. We recommend working with a local IT firm to access support for IT-related technologies.

What is included with your website service desk support?

What’s Included:
Our service desk packages include support up to the contracted hours in your pricing tier. Typical website support may include content management, website administration, setup/configuration of plugins, troubleshooting issues, resolving bugs, building new web pages, posting blogs and articles, and other front-end tasks delegated by you.

What’s Not Included:
Our Service desk packages provide you with general support for your website. It does NOT include custom web development and engineering support.

Do you support website design and development projects?

Yes. We can design and build your new website. For project-based work, we will create a detailed Statement of Work based on your project requirements. Rates vary for custom projects based the requirements and technology required.

Can I migrate my website to OpenMedium?
